These terms govern your use of the Susceptio marketing website (suscept.io and related pages). Use of the Susceptio product is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed with your organization — nothing on this page modifies that agreement.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide — name, work email, company, industry, company size, and your message — solely to respond to your inquiry and provision an evaluation tenant. Our servers also automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may browse this site and submit genuine inquiries. You may not: scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract site content or data; probe, scan, or test the site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; or submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through the contact form.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and product screenshots — is the property of Susceptio. The Susceptio name and marks are protected. Nothing here grants you a license to use them without our written permission.
Third-party services
The contact form is processed by a third-party form relay that delivers your submission to us by email. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated information through the form — a demo request needs nothing more than your contact details.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product capabilities described here — including items marked as roadmap — are informational and may change; your executed MSA is the authoritative statement of what the product does.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Susceptio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
